Effortless Meditation has been the most powerful tool that has helped me through my own healing journey. Self-love, confidence, compassion, improvement in the quality of relationships and healing my abandonment issue are just a few of the many long-term benefits of Effortless Meditation. This form of meditation requires no effort, enjoyable and easy to learn.

 

As a registered Meditation Teacher (accredited by Meditation Association of Australia), I currently offer four unique workshops to teach you how to meditate effortlessly with confidence and ease so you can too - start to witness the benefits in your daily life!  The course outline consists of:

1) Introduction to Effortless Meditation and I'll teach you how to meditate effortlessly using a mantra (1-1.5 hours)

2) Follow Up Workshop #1 and we will uncover the inner mechanics of the mind when we meditate effortlessly (1-1.5 hours)

3) Follow Up Workshop #2 and understanding 'stress cycle' (1-1.5 hours)

4) Final Follow Workshop and discover what is the 'First Adult Development Level' (1-1.5 hours)

The 4 workshops will need to be conducted within a 4 weeks period (ideally same time each week).
